The second semi-final of Eesti Laul has now taken place, with the next qualifiers decided. A total of twelve acts performed in the second semi-final, including former Eurovision participant Jüri Pootsmann along with Eesti Laul 2020 winner Uku Suviste.
Here is the line-up for the second semi-final:

- Rahel – Sunday Night
- Uku Haasma – Kaos
- Heleza – 6
- Uku Suviste – The Lucky One
- Alabama Watchdog – Alabama Watchdog
- Jüri Pootsmann – Magus Melanhoolia
- Suured Tüdrukud – Heaven’s Not That Far Tonight
The results were determined by a jury and televote. Four acts qualified in the first round, and in the second round, the public vote again for the acts remaining. Here are the qualifying acts:

The successful qualifiers will now join Hans Nayna, Andrei Zebakin & Pluuto, Karl Killing, Egert Milder, Koit Toome and Ivo Linna, Robert Linna, Supernova to compete in the grand final on Saturday 6 March.
